Service Cancellation

Phodlarnix provides seasonal yard maintenance services. Since our services are performed on-site and involve physical labor, our return and refund policy differs from traditional product returns.

Cancellation Before Service

If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, as our team may have already allocated resources and scheduled equipment for your service.

Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide exceptional yard maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer:

  • Return visit to correct any issues
  • Partial refund for unsatisfactory work
  • Credit toward future services

Recurring Service Plans

For monthly or seasonal service plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via phone at least 7 days before your next scheduled service. You will be responsible for payment for any services already performed.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions that make yard work unsafe or ineffective. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services or this return policy, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

Exceptions

This return policy does not apply to:

  • Services that have been completed more than 48 hours prior
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or failure to provide access
  • Services performed under emergency or special circumstances
  • Third-party services or products not provided directly by Phodlarnix
